When one seller does several things for you, each one is still its own item, with its own delivery, completion and review. So a problem with one doesn't hold up the rest.
Scenario
Leo runs a restaurant. One food photographer is doing three things for him: a menu shoot, a month of social content and retouching.

One quote, one payment
The photographer answers Leo's inquiry with one quote covering all three items, and Leo accepts it. Because they come from one seller, he pays once: the agreed price, CIRI's 12% service fee and any add-ons he chose.
Two items go well
The menu shoot is delivered and Leo approves it. The retouching follows and he approves that too. Both complete, and the seller's payment for each is held for 7 days and then paid.
The package comes up short
The social package arrives a week late with six clips instead of twelve. On that item, Leo presses Report a problem.
- What went wrong: Not delivered, since not everything arrived.
- Describe it: what the package promised and what came.
- What you'd like: Partial refund of this item, with an amount no higher than the item's price.
- Evidence: the package description and the delivery, both already on the project.
Only the package's payment is held. The menu shoot and the retouching are already complete, and nothing about them changes.
The seller responds
The photographer offers to complete the delivery: the six missing clips by the following week. Leo has already used the late clips and doesn't want more, so he declines that version.
CIRI decides
With no agreed remedy, a CIRI admin reviews the case and awards a partial refund. The reason is shown to both sides. The refund goes back to Leo's card, the service fee and add-ons stay as they were, and the photographer is paid the rest of the item. The case is closed, and a new problem would be a new report.
Reviews
Leo reviews each completed item separately: the menu shoot and the retouching on their own merits. The problem with one item doesn't have to colour the others.
When you can report a problem
- You can report a problem on a service or package while it is in progress, delivered and awaiting review, in revision, or for 7 days after it completes.
- It has to be before that item's payout is sent, and there can be one open problem per item at a time.
- Rentals have their own handover, return and dispute steps, so this guide is about services and packages.
Put it together as one project.
Add the people, the space and the gear, send one inquiry, and pay each seller once.

When one item goes wrong in a project with several sellers
Maya's campaign had a photographer, a retoucher and a lighting kit from three sellers. The retouching came back wrong. Here is how she reported it, and what stayed held.
