Edits, grades and mixes are delivered on the item itself, in your project's Items tab.
The delivery
The seller presses Submit delivery with at least one file and an optional note. It appears as Delivery v1, with View and Download on each file. Opening or downloading a file never counts as approving it.
Your 72 hours
- Approve delivery: the item completes.
- Request revision: describe the changes you need. The seller works on it and sends Delivery v2, which starts a fresh 72 hours.
- Report a problem: if it's wrong in a way a revision won't fix.
If you don't answer within 72 hours of a delivery, it completes on its own, unless a problem is open on it. How many revisions are included is shown on the item's brief, under Revisions.
After completion
You can review the seller. Their payment for the item is held for 7 days after completion, then paid. You can still report a problem in those 7 days.
