Studios on CIRI are booked room by room, at the prices the studio sets for that room. You choose how long you need it, then the date and start time from the studio's own calendar.
1. Open the venue
From Browse, a Spaces card's View space opens the venue. Its header shows the rate (per hour or per day), the minimum booking and how many people it holds. Each room then has its own way to book.
2. Choose how long
- Per hour: use the Hours stepper. A room can set a minimum, shown as, for example, 2 hour minimum.
- Half day or Full day: a fixed block, shown with its length, such as Half day · 4h.
- If a room says Not bookable online yet, or the venue is hired whole, message the studio to arrange it.
The total shows before you add anything. Then press Add to project.
3. Pick the date and start time
Choose a date, then a start time. Only times when the room is free for the whole booking are offered, read from the studio's calendar. The finish follows from the hours you chose, so you never type an end time.
4. Inquiry, quote and payment
The room goes in your project next to anything else you're booking. Send the project inquiry, the studio quotes, you accept, then pay the studio separately and in full. The room is held for you when the payment goes through, and nobody else can book that time.
5. On the day
After your session the studio presses Mark session held. You then have 72 hours to approve it, ask for a change or report a problem; if you do nothing it completes on its own. Once complete, you can review the studio.
