When you pay a seller, you can add Security Protection, Priority Support or both. Each is bought once per seller payment and covers all of that seller's items in it, not other sellers or later payments.
Security Protection, £7.99
Protection and CIRI-assisted resolution for the work in that payment. Its main benefit is a cancellation grace: for a short time after you pay, you can cancel an item and get its whole price back with its share of the 12% service fee.
- Booked more than 72 hours ahead: 24 hours of grace.
- Booked 24 to 72 hours ahead: 12 hours.
- Booked 24 hours or less ahead: 90 minutes.
The grace also ends at the booked start, or as soon as the seller's work on the item begins, whichever comes first. After that, the normal cancellation schedule applies. The cancel screen tells you the exact time your grace ends.
Priority Support, £4.99
Priority support from CIRI for the work in that payment: your questions and problems about it are handled first.
Not refundable
Once paid, neither add-on is refunded: not if you cancel, not if the seller cancels, and not when a problem is decided.
