A shoot day only works if everyone turns up at once. On CIRI each item carries its own date and time, taken from that seller's own calendar, so the morning lines up before anyone is paid.

Setting the same time on each item
Each service in the draft has its own date pill. Ama opens each one and picks Saturday, then 9:00. The picker only offers days and start times when that seller is free for the whole service. If a seller hasn't connected a calendar, the picker says so.
- Different sellers at the same time never clash. Three sellers can all start at 9am.
- One seller can't be in two places. If you add two items from the same seller, give them times that don't overlap, or the payment will be refused.
Inquiry and quotes
Ama sends one project inquiry to all three. Each seller quotes their own item, and she accepts each quote. A seller who can't do 9am can say so in the project messages before quoting.
Paying holds the time
Nothing is held while Ama is still choosing. Each seller's time is booked when she pays that seller. If someone else pays for that seller's slot first, her payment is cancelled, nothing is charged, and she agrees a new time with them, so the day is never double-booked.
After payment, each seller's card says Booking secured, and the project shows Partly paid until every seller is paid, then Paid.
The shoot, and after
On Saturday each seller presses Start work. They submit their deliveries separately: the stylist's work is done on the day, the photos and the reel follow.
Ama approves each delivery or asks for a revision. Anything she doesn't answer completes on its own 72 hours after delivery.
Reviews
Once an item completes, Ama reviews that seller for it, from 1 to 5 stars. The stylist's review can go in that weekend, while the reel is still being edited.
