A film lighting kit on stands

A project is where a production comes together. You can mix sellers, packages, services and kit in one project, and it keeps each seller's part separate where it needs to be: quotes, payment, delivery and reviews.

Scenario

Sana is making a brand film. She needs a videographer's package, a sound service from another seller and a lighting kit, all in one project.

The draft

Before you send anything, the project is a Draft, marked Not sent. The top shows your estimate, how many sellers are involved and Send for quotes.

Packages and services

A package is a fixed bundle: one price, with what's included listed in its details. A service is one piece of work with its own unit, such as per project or per hour. Both need a production date and time, and both are quoted, delivered, completed and reviewed as one item.

Sending it

Give the project a name and say what you need; that is what sellers read first. Save to draft keeps it for later. Send project inquiry sends it to every seller at once.

The workspace

Once sent, the project has tabs: Overview, Items, Delivery, Schedule, Messages and Activity. Each item's own work, from Start work to Approve delivery, sits on its card in Items.

Who sees what

Each seller sees only their own items and their own quote. CIRI's fee and your total are never shown to sellers.

Put it together as one project.

Add the people, the space and the gear, send one inquiry, and pay each seller once.
