A problem is reported on one item. Only that item's payment is held; everyone else carries on.
When you can report
- On a paid service, package or studio item, while it's in progress, delivered, in revision, or for 7 days after it completes.
- Before the seller's payout for it is sent.
- One open problem per item. The client or that item's seller can report.
The five steps
- What went wrong: Not delivered, Below the agreed quality, Wrong specification, Late delivery, Damaged or faulty, Charge I didn't agree to, Conduct or Something else.
- Describe it: what happened and what was agreed, up to 2,500 characters.
- What you'd like: a full or partial refund, redo the work, complete the delivery, or something else. A seller can ask for their payment to be released.
- Evidence: files already on the project.
- Review, then Report problem.
Agreeing a fix
Both sides see the same case page. Either can add notes or Propose a remedy: redo the work or complete the delivery, with the scope and an optional date. When both accept the same version, the item goes back to in progress and the payment stays held until the new delivery is approved. Notes never count as agreement.
If CIRI decides
- Full refund: the rest of the item's price and its share of the 12% fee. The seller gets nothing for it.
- Partial refund: the amount awarded. The fee is kept, and the seller is paid the rest.
- Release payment: no refund; the seller is paid after the normal 7-day hold.
Security Protection and Priority Support are never refunded. The reason is shown to both sides, the decision is final, and a new problem is a new report.

The brief and the terms on each item
Every item in a project has its own brief, read only by its seller, and a receipt of what was agreed: price, date, revisions and cancellation.
