Open any item and press Add brief (or View brief). The top half is a receipt of the booking; the bottom half is your brief.
The receipt
- Seller, Price, When, Delivery and Revisions.
- Cancellation and refund: the schedule that applies to this booking.
- Item terms: anything the seller added to their listing.
Once you accept a quote, these are frozen as agreed: later changes to the listing don't apply to your booking.
Your brief
- Why did you select this seller and item for your project's goals?
- Anything further the seller may need.
- Attachments, each with a title, and Links, each with a title. Up to 20 of each.
- Your inquiry note, if you wrote one, is shown too.
Press Save brief. Only that seller sees it, and each save keeps the previous version. You can update it until the item is completed or cancelled. Your project description is different: only you see that.
The seller's terms
Sellers can upload their Terms of Service, shown on their profile and listing cards. Scope and cancellation are confirmed in the quote.
