Every booked item carries its own date and time, chosen before the inquiry and confirmed in the quote. After payment they're fixed.
1. Add it with a date and time
- Press Add to project and choose a project, or A new project.
- Choose a date: only days the seller is free are offered. If you searched a date and they're free, use it with Use this date.
- Choose a start time. Services and packages finish when their listed length is up; studio rooms finish after the hours you chose.
- Kit: tap the first and last day of hire, and add an optional pick-up time.
2. Check the draft
Each item has a date pill: orange when the date and time are set, red when something is missing, such as Date and time needed. To send the inquiry, the project needs a name and a date and time on every service, package and studio booking, and hire dates on every rental.
3. Brief each item
While you're drafting, and at any point before the item completes, open its brief and say what the seller needs: why you chose them, references, formats. You can also add an inquiry note on requirements. The brief is optional but it's what the seller quotes against.
4. The seller confirms in their quote
The seller quotes for the items as you dated them. If a listing has no set length, the seller adds an end time so the booking has a finish. If the time doesn't work for them, they'll say so in Messages before quoting.
5. Accept and pay: the date is fixed
Accepting a quote freezes each item's date and time with its price and terms, and paying books the seller's time so nobody else can take it.
Changing it after payment
A paid booking can't be moved by either side alone. If you and the seller both agree a new time, agree it in Messages. Until rescheduling is built in, the change is made by the seller cancelling that item, which refunds everything you paid for it including the fee share, and you adding the new date as a new item. Otherwise the item's cancellation terms apply.
